On October 3, 2025, the Official Journal of the EU published Regulation (EU) 2025/1988, aimed at adding entry 82 to Annex XVII of REACH to restrict PFAS in firefighting foams. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
Add the following entry in Annex XVII of REACH:
