CTT Vietnam Holds Seminar on European and American Regulations for Toys

On November 8, 2025, Consumer Testing Technology Co., Ltd.(CTT Vietnam) successfully held the "Quality Control of Toy Safety, Winning the Global Market!" seminar for compliance requirements of toy products in Europe and the United States in Haiphong City, Vietnam. Nearly 90 enterprise representatives participated in the event.

As global trade barriers continue to evolve, the safety and quality requirements for toy products in the EU and US markets have become increasingly stringent. To assist Vietnamese enterprises successfully entering the international markets, this seminar focused on the compliance requirements of toy products in Europe and the United States. Through systematic explanation of regulations and in-depth practical case analysis, it aimed to help enterprises establish a solid compliance defense line.

At the meeting, the technical experts from CTT Vietnam conducted an in-depth analysis of the core regulation frameworks of the EU and US markets. The contents not only covered the mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and chemical requirements for toys from Europe and the United States, but also focused on the latest regulation trends, such as REACH, POPs, and the latest developments of eFiling. It also provided a detailed interpretation of the latest draft updates and requirements of high-risk products such as button battery toys, water droplet toys, and swimming neck-ring floating aids.

The combination of theory and practice is the core highlight of this seminar. The CTT experts, with video recordings of laboratory operation, directly explained the frequent non-conformities in toy products, such as small parts, sharp edges and corners, dangerous magnets, packaging films, traceability labels, etc. By thorough analysis of the root causes of the problems, they provided practical and feasible improvement suggestions and response strategies, guiding the enterprises towards the direction of quality improvement.

The contents of the seminar were detailed, the cases were vivid, with focused target. It received unanimous praises from the participants. This meeting deepened the understanding of Vietnamese enterprises of toy industry regarding the compliance requirements of EU and the US, and it holds significant practical importance for the future product development and risk control of the enterprises.
