Service Overview:

The United States is a federal system with separation of powers. The structure of the country's system has led to the complexity of the legal system in the United States. The relevant technical regulations for products in the United States are scattered within the federal legal regulations system of the country, existing both in the written law acts (Acts) formulated by the Congress and in the regulations, requirements, and norms formulated by various federal government departments. Specifically, for toy safety regulations and standards, there are both federal-level regulations and bills, regulations, and requirements formulated by various government departments at all levels.

Range of application:

Applicable to all toys, namely products that are designed, manufactured or sold for children under the age of 14 to play with.
